Meet Emma Marigold…
Hi, I’m Em—it’s so great to have you here!
At ARTÀ, we support women from their very first period to their last. My focus isn’t just on short-term relief, but on teaching you how to nourish your body for long-term vitality and longevity so your symptoms stay gone for good.
As a Medical Herbalist (BSc, MNIMH) and Ayurvedic Female Health Consultant, though I often prefer "Plant Medicine Woman" I advocate for ancestral nutrition, real food, and root-cause healing. No fluff, no band-aids, no BS.
While I work extensively with women who are trying to conceive, I view fertility through a much broader, Ayurvedic lens. To me, fertility isn't just about making babies, it is the ultimate metric of a woman's innate vitality, cellular health, and radiant essence.
My core mission is to help you access full-spectrum health where your body is thriving and completely symptom-free. From that baseline of deep balance, your body is gently restored to support vitality in all forms, creating the optimal foundation for conception if and when you choose that path.
In my online clinic, I am best known for helping women naturally navigate and heal from complex hormonal and reproductive conditions, including PCOS/PMOS, Endometriosis, and Adenomyosis.
In my practice, I treat the whole person. I look at the complete picture to address the root cause of your symptoms…it’s a bit like playing detective, connecting all the puzzle pieces together to uncover "who did it" and what your body is truly asking for.
The women I work with don't just heal; they leave armed with deep body wisdom, practical tools, and the unshakable confidence to make informed health choices for the rest of their lives.

As seen in…
I have long felt a deep calling to teach women about their bodies, their hormones, and how plant medicine and true nourishment can restore internal harmony.
This passion was born from years of navigating my own complex health struggles without real answers. For a long time, I battled severe acne, unexplained blackouts, and irregular cycles, until I eventually lost my period altogether. As I searched for help, I kept asking myself:
Where was the precious ancestral knowledge once passed down through generations of women?
Like so many women, I was repeatedly dismissed—told my symptoms were "just genetic," something I’d grow out of, or simply "a normal part of being a woman." I was offered medications that merely masked my symptoms while creating new ones. The moment I stopped taking them, the root issues returned.
I knew there had to be another way.
Driven by a commitment to heal naturally, I set out to understand why my body was crying out for help. Through the raw reality of an unplanned pregnancy, a traumatic termination, and a five-year season of compromised fertility, I experienced the complex spectrum of reproductive health firsthand. Coming through to the other side transformed me into a woman who is completely unrecognisable from the one I used to be.
To turn my personal journey into a grounded clinical practice, I spent four years earning a BSc in Herbal Medicine, completing 500 clinical hours, and mentoring under Ayurvedic, holistic, and functional medicine practitioners. I learned how the body truly functions and what it requires on a cellular level to heal.
Through root-cause Plant Medicine and Ayurveda, I fully restored my health from:
PCOS & Anovulation (absent periods and absent ovulation)
Chronic Fatigue & Post-Viral Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV)
Hormonal Acne
OCD
Hypoglycaemic blackouts (previously misdiagnosed as migraines) in fact, connected to PCOS.
Today, I look back from a place of deep health and clear perspective. I learned how to heal naturally—and it would be an absolute honour to support you in doing the same.
Sending love & healing,
Emma
