    Wild fish, especially Salmon is one of the richest sources of omega 3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA).

    Omega-3 fatty acids improve blood flow to the reproductive organs and enhance the quality and amount of cervical mucus which is essential for sperm to reach the ovum.

    Studies show that omega-3s improve egg quality!

    Small oily fish are best that are low in mercury. Avoid Tuna. Try Salmon, Herring Sardines, Anchovies.


  • PASTURE RASIED EGGS 🥚

    Eggs are a superfood and contain everything to create life. They are a symbol of fertility for a reason. They are full of vital nutrients, particularly choline!

    Choline supports ovarian function and the number of antral follicles and it can regulate hormones. In men, it supports Sperm motility and sperm maturation.
