  • Avocados (limit, as not so sustainable unless you grow your own or they grow in your country)

  • Butter (Unpasteurised is the best as has more nutrition and the taste incredible)

  • Ghee (the best gut healer!)

  • Coconut Oil

  • Coconut milk

  • Oily Wild Fish - Sardines, Salmon, Anchovies!

  • Olive Oil. (Extra virgin, Unfiltered, Single origin)

  • Organic Nuts (Not great for Pitta Dosha, Vata should soak and activate theirs)

  • Grass-Fed Beef (Kapha do better with chicken)

  • Organic Pasture Raised Chicken - skin on and in bone is the best for more collagen!

  • Raw cows milk (Unhomogenised and Unpasturised)
