I am a qualified Medical Herbalist BSc NIMH first class honours. I studied Science at university and partcipated in 500+ Hours clincal practice.

We covered Phytochemistry, Botany & Materia Medica, Endocrinology, Anatomy & physiology, Biology & ecology, Nutritional therapy, Biochemistry, Maths & formulation (Algebra) useful for dispensing and understanding chemistry, Clinical practice & diagnostic skills, Lab skills & research.

I have studied under Ayurvedic Practitioners and completed a 2 year apprenticeship.

A side of all my training, I healed myself from PCOS, Acne, Absent and irregular cycles, light, painful periods and chronic fatigue.

I work with science but I am also intuitive and work spiritually with plants.

My gift is truly understanding the body, how it functions on a cellular level, how we heal it and keep it vibrant. It is an incredible instrument, that wants to harmonise its inner systems, and connect deeply to the elements that surround us.

I need to see about 3 to 4 menstrual cycles in order to track your healing progress.

Eggs take 3 months to develop so in 16 weeks we can change the quality of your eggs.

When working together closely for 16 weeks I can hold you accountable and ensure you see results and get the transformation you desire.

It takes time to heal, its not a quick fix, from my experience, 16 weeks is the sweet spot for healing.

Many of my clients want to continue working together throughout their pregnancy journey.

We can focus on nourishing foods and herbs for you and the baby and preparing for birth and postpartum rejuvenation.

I will write you a prescription in which you can order the herbal medicine from a dispensary, choosing the amount you would like.

Within the ARTÀ PORTAL you can access to the dispensary/apothecary we work with which deliver worldwide.

You may have a dispensary/apothecary in your hometown or country which you can have the prescription made.

You can reorder medicine for up to 6 months. Then I will need to assess and re-prescribe.

If you would like to have blood work done by your GP, I can read over the results.

I prioritise symptoms over tests. Symptoms are messages from the body that tell us much more than blood work.

Often blood work can come back ‘normal’ but the client has a lot of symptoms.

I do not need a test to understand a clients symptoms and health.

If you would like functional hormone testing I can recommend and refer.

I cannot ‘fix’ you, but I can guide you, support you and teach you. You can only heal yourself. If you take on my advice, take the herbs, eat wholesome fresh wonderful foods that are in alignment with your body and your Ayurvedic Dosha and you put in the work, then yes, you will see results and heal. I cannot guarantee fast healing but I can promise you I will teach you about your body, your hormones, your cycle and give you the tools so that you can thrive and live a magical healthy symptom-free life with a regular cycle. True healing from the root takes time.

I work with a dispensary who makes high-quality Plant Medicine which can be shipped directly to you.

They ship internationally.

As part of your treatment plan, I will write a personalised herbal prescription for you.

You can then order the medicine if you wish straight to your door. Once you are booked in you will have access to the ARTÀ PORTAL with links to the dispensary for quick and easy ordering.

This is because each client has different needs and amounts of medicine. This gives the client the freedom to choose and order repeats when they need.
