I would recommend going through a module a month or season. There are about 5-10 hours per module. You may watch the entire module in a week, but take your time to integrate the practices.

There is video and text content to be accessible to those who are visual and audible and those who prefer to read.

You can listen to the workshops on the go with just audio or watch them.
