Yes, The programme is completely online, with a course curriculum (video, text), online community and live calls (Medicine circles) and 1:1 Consultations in the digital clinic (via zoom video) for the clients who upgrade.

It depends on your individual learning style, needs and schedules which is why it is spread out over a year.

I would recommend going through a module a month or season. There are about 5-10 hours per module. You may watch the entire module in a week, but take your time to integrate the practices.

There is video and text content to be accessible to those who are visual and audible and those who prefer to read.

You can listen to the workshops on the go with just audio or watch them.

The Monthly live sessions ‘MEDICINE CIRCLES’ are scheduled to maintain a consistent flow BUT this is your time so take it as you need to. All Medicine Circles are recorded so you can catch up if you can’t attend.

I would suggest creating a routine and choosing a day you can dedicate to you and your practice.

All live sessions will be recorded and available for replay.

The programme is 4 months (16 weeks).

You will have access to the programme for 6 months.

If you want to extend your access after the end of the programme you will be invited to become a member of ARTÀ which is a monthly subscription.

When I have given lifetime access previously, there is always later to do the work, I want you to get the healing you need now.

The programme has prerecorded Video Workshops (presentations with Emma talking over them).

Most clients watch the workshops, but Some clients listen on the go with headphones.

We have monthly live group calls to gather and discuss the curriculum and to answer questions — this has the opportunity for 1:1 guidance.

They take place on the First Sunday of the month at 2pm GMT London.

All recorded and added to the archive to be replayed at your leisure.
