Hi, I’m Em,
a Medical Herbalist (BSc MNIMH), Ayurvedic, and Functional Medicine Practitioner.
Most importantly, I’m a woman who has been exactly where you are.
My path to ARTÀ Healing didn't start in a classroom; it started with years of PCOS, acne, dysfunctional periods, chronic fatigue and unexplained blackouts.
I spent far too long in the "guessing game," moving from doctor to doctor and layering on supplements and medications that only masked the real issues, rather than getting to the root.
That experience fuelled my commitment and dedication to healing and supporting women just like YOU in finding lasting, empowering, and real solutions.
12 years in the wellness industry, healing, studying and client practice bought me to creating ARTÀ.

In this module we cover THE ART OF BALANCE ‘turning off the tap’ to what no longer serves us.
We learn to direct our energy to what our bodies need and live in alignment with our unique constitution.

In this module we cover THE ART OF HEALING.
Here we will go on RETREAT.
We will literally cleanse excess hormones and 'ama' from your system together, with a simple but effective method of taking certain herbs, simple ancient techniques and eating a simple Ayurvedic meal.
I will be doing this healing protocol with you. You will be guided through this.
Along with a physical bodily cleanse, we cleanse emotionally, spiritually and we explore our environment, understand xenoestrogens and assess our relationships.

No, If you would like to work with Emma 1:1 which includes a full health assessment with tailored treatment plan, personalised herbal medicine prescription and functional testing, apply below.

Yes, it is completely online, with a curriculum (video, text), online community and live calls (Medicine circles).
You will need access to a device and the internet.

It depends on your individual learning style, needs and schedules which is why it is spread out over a year.
I would recommend going through a module a month or season. There are about 5-10 hours per module. You may watch the entire module in a week, but take your time to integrate the practices.
There is video and text content to be accessible to those who are visual and audible and those who prefer to read.
You can listen to the workshops on the go with just audio or watch them.
The Monthly live sessions ‘MEDICINE CIRCLES’ are scheduled to maintain a consistent flow BUT this is your time so take it as you need to.
I would suggest creating a routine and choosing a day you can dedicate to you and your practice.
